The world and IMF have already turned against Greece and given them a new deadline of June 5 to make a payment on their debt. The lines have been drawn it seems, the IMF and even the European Central Bank won't give Greece any money until it makes a payment on its debt. The Greek government was worried about not being able to pay its workers, but now it is digging into its own reverse to stay afloat. According to Business Insider, the stalemate between Greece and the IMF longer then expected and the resentment between the to is growing. Greece is waiting for bailout money from other european countries and creditors, but they aren't going to bail Greece out until the government makes a debt payment. Also the IMF is trying to make it easier for Greece to make payments by bundling the May and june payments into one. However, Greece still will not pay. "It is due to the insistence of certain institutional actors on submitting absurd proposals and displaying a total indifference to the recent democratic choice of the Greek people, despite the public admission of the three Institutions that necessary flexibility will be provided in order to respect the popular verdict."
