According to CNN, Hilary Clinton's plan to build a "growth and fairness economy" is to have companies share profits with its employees. The purposed plan will involve a two year tax credit for companies that would cost the government $20 billion and would give employees a tax credit of 10% of what they earn. However, there are many skeptics to this plan. "If the plan is fully paid for by eliminating other tax breaks, it won't provide any additional economic stimulus. We received lots of drafting help from the outside. They were called lobbyists—and rarely improved the legislation." Eric Toder, co-director of the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center.
