Apparently, the merger of Time Warner (NYSE: TWC) and Comcast (NASDAQ: CMCSA) being stopped was a good thing. These two companies have been getting into trouble lately with the customers of both companies. Customer satisfaction has dropped for both companies, 54 out of 100 enjoy their internet and cable with Time Warner and Comcast. According to CNN, these scores are the lowest out of 300 companies included in a survey run by the ACIS that 70,000 people participated in. Most of the people who took the survey said the main cause they weren't happy was because of poor internet service and high prices. Time Warner and Comcast are trying to better the companies service by merging with other cable companies.
